Refund policy

All sales of digital products (eBooks, devotionals, downloads, etc.) are final and non-refundable due to the instant-access nature of these items. 

For physical items (such as apparel, plushies, or other merchandise), we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. 

To start a return, please contact us at glowkidsworship.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
